With a mission to promote policies that increase patient access, encourage innovation and enhancing the life sciences community, WSW has worked on their behalf to on every piece of major health care legislation in the last quarter century including Affordable Care Act (2010), 21st Century CURES (2016), the Inflation Reduction Act (2022), the FDA Safety and Innovation Act (2007), the Medicare Modernization Act (2003), Project BIOSHIELD (2004) and more. WSW leads and manages efforts to engage the region’s Members of Congress and staff as well as key Committees, Administration officials and national trade associations.
