WSW Secures Significant Funding Through the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation

Congress created the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) in 2010 to test models that improve care, lower costs, and better align payment systems to support patient-centered practices. WSW was able to secure Health Care Innovation Challenge Awards funding for two separate clients during each competitive round of funding. The awards, totaling $3.7 million and $10.2 million, were the result of our team identifying the funding opportunity, meticulously preparing the application to make the most compelling argument possible, and assisting each client with outreach for support from Congress.
